01 — The problem
Student records lived in spreadsheets, document requests in paper folders and appointments in personal calendars. Staff could not answer “where is this student’s certificate?” without walking to another office.
A unified internal system for admissions, student registration and HR: a searchable student directory, document requests from intake to delivery, appointments by department, team chat and a dynamic report builder.

A student directory with Excel import — including graduate files — normalised Arabic search and permanent-status tracking.

Document requests with configurable types, pricing components and financial references, moving through draft, submitted, in progress and delivered.

Department calendars and appointments, team chat with attachments, and a dynamic report builder with Arabic PDF export.

Role-based access control, a student blacklist, backups and a full activity log.

Normalised Arabic search
Names and majors are stored with a normalised twin, so a search finds a student however their name was typed.
Modules by department
Admissions, calendar and chat are separate modules behind one API, so each office’s rules stay in its own code.
